hello and

WELCOME

Hi, I’m Kelli! Mom of two, wife of one, photographer of many. My interest in photography started in childhood, but my journey into a career in photography began after years of working as a software developer in the financial sector. The transition was mostly born out of a need to sleep past 5 AM and a loathing of the long and boring commute to NYC aboard Metro North. Perhaps if the iPhone had been around in 2007 things would have turned out differently because I can easily waste hours of my life staring at that thing, but I digress.

Some (and by “some” I mean “my husband”) may say I’m totally a wee bit Type A. I would say that I like things organized and uncluttered, and that my family prefers whatever the complete opposite of that is. I spend my non-working hours cleaning up after three boys (you guys, boys are disgusting) and living vicariously through Pinterest boards filled with minimalist white spaces that I’ll never live in and recipes that I’ll never cook.

My love of minimalism comes through in my photographs. I’m not a prop girl. The baby in a basket stuff is cute but it’s just not me. I like connections and moments, expressions, details and beautiful light. My photos are classic and timeless, and never stiff or forced, overly posed or processed.

Outside of the studio, you can find me at the gym trying to reverse the results of my sugar addiction, lost in a good book, or trying to book plane tickets to anywhere that isn't Connecticut.

My website and blog showcase a collection of my work but don’t always represent the latest and greatest because keeping it current requires time that I just don’t have. To see what I’m up to from day to day you can follow me on Instagram and Facebook .

I like connections and moments, expressions, details & beautiful light. My photos are classic and timeless, and never stiff or forced, overly posed or processed.

Kelli x
