step 1: choose your session type
I offer a range of photography sessions designed to capture the beauty of every stage of family life. From maternity and newborn portraits to milestone, birthday, and family sessions, each is tailored to create timeless, natural images with a soft, minimalist aesthetic. I also offer professional headshot sessions for individuals looking for polished, modern portraits. Sessions take place in my Farmington, CT studio or, for outdoor sessions, in my favorite Simsbury field or a custom location. Don't see exactly what you're looking for? step 2: choose the package that fits best
At Kelli Dease Photography, we offer a range of sessions to suit every family. Pricing is based on factors like session length, the number of final images, and the number of people being photographed. All of our sessions include full-resolution digital images, a pre-session planning questionnaire, a complete session guide, assistance with wardrobe and styling, professional editing of your images, and an optional design and ordering appointment. Whether you’re looking for a full storytelling experience or something simple and refined, there’s an option to fit your needs and your budget - allowing you to choose the perfect balance of time and variety for your family.
step 3: book your session
The booking process is simple! Just fill out any of the contact forms on this website and share what you're looking for. I'll respond within 24 hours with session details, any questions I have, and available dates. Once we have all the details set, I'll send you a link where you can sign the contract and pay your deposit, and then you are officially booked! Once booked, you'll receive a session guide and planning assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly.
step 4: AFTER your session
After your session, I carefully select the best images and hand-edit them, keeping them natural yet polished. Your final images will be presented in an online gallery, where you can easily download high-resolution digital files and order prints if you’d like. I also offer a thoughtfully curated fine art product line, featuring handcrafted albums, custom frames, and heirloom portrait boxes. For those interested in purchasing products, every session includes an optional complimentary design and ordering appointment, giving you the opportunity to select your favorite images and create timeless keepsakes for your home.

Sessions can take place in my Farmington, Connecticut, studio for a classic and intimate feel, or in warmer months, you may choose an outdoor setting—either my favorite field in Simsbury or a custom location of your choice.
Hair and makeup may be added to any in-studio maternity session for an additional fee.

My newborn photography celebrates the natural beauty of your baby through a timeless, minimalist approach. With an organic, baby-led style, each pose feels authentic and comfortable.
Sessions take place in my Farmington, Connecticut studio, where I create a controlled environment with perfect lighting and ideal room temperature - both essential for a successful newborn session.
Hair and makeup may be added to any in-studio newborn session for an additional fee.

BABY sessions
In-studio // 6 to 12 months // Starting at $595
Baby portraits focus on the delicate details of the fleeting six to twelve month stage - tiny, chubby fingers and toes, drooly pouts, and those irresistible wide-eyed expressions - and are captured in my signature minimalistic style using soft, natural tones.
While the focus of these sessions is the baby, parents and siblings are welcome to join in for a few photos as well.
Sessions take place in my Farmington, Connecticut studio, where I create a warm, comfortable environment, perfect for capturing these sweet, natural moments.

Sessions can be just for your child or include parents and siblings for a more complete celebration.

Personality Portraits give kids the freedom to be themselves, with no pressure for perfect poses or practiced smiles - just natural, genuine expressions.
Sessions take place in my Farmington, Connecticut studio, and are captured in my signature light, airy, and minimalistic style.
These sessions are designed to highlight each child individually, but if you'd like to include siblings, we can add a few shots together at the end. If you're interested in a full sibling session, let’s chat about the best way to approach it!
