In the aftermath of the pandemic, I, like many photographers, found myself facing unforeseen challenges and forced to rethink the way I conducted business. At Kelli Dease Photography, our approach to serving clients had always centered around in-person ordering sessions and delivering printed artwork. These sessions were not only a chance for clients to view their images in person but also an opportunity for me to guide them through the selection process, ensuring they received the perfect finished product.
However, with the pandemic restricting in-person gatherings and safety concerns at the forefront, I made the decision to transition to a fully digital model. This shift was not without its challenges, but it ultimately allowed me to continue serving my clients effectively while prioritizing their safety and convenience.
Transitioning to a digital model streamlined my workflow significantly. It eliminated the need for in-person ordering sessions, allowing clients to review and select their images from the comfort of their own homes. This newfound flexibility not only saved time for both my clients and me but also provided them with the convenience they desired.
Yet, amidst the transition to digital, I remained steadfast in my belief that photography is about more than just digital files stored on a computer or hard drive. I understand the importance of tangible artwork – images that can be held, displayed, and cherished for years to come.
While digital copies are undoubtedly convenient for sharing on social media or preserving memories digitally, I encourage my clients to take the extra step of bringing their images to life through print. There’s something truly special about seeing your favorite moments immortalized in print, whether it’s displayed proudly on your walls or preserved in a beautifully crafted album.
That’s why, despite the transition to a digital model, I never stopped offering printed artwork. At Kelli Dease Photography, I believe that your photos deserve to be enjoyed, not forgotten on a hard drive somewhere. That’s why I offer a full line of fine art products, including custom framing and albums, to help you transform your digital memories into timeless treasures.
My commitment to providing exceptional service remains unwavering, whether it’s guiding you through the digital selection process or assisting you in creating the perfect printed masterpiece. My complimentary design and ordering sessions ensure that every step of the process is seamless and stress-free, allowing you to focus on what matters most – preserving and sharing your cherished memories.
While the transition to a digital model has brought about changes in the way I do business, my dedication to delivering high-quality photography and exceptional service remains unchanged. Whether you prefer the convenience of digital or the timeless beauty of print, I’m here to help you preserve your memories in the most meaningful way possible.
